Service Cancellation by Client:
Clients may cancel a service by providing written
notice via email or other documented
communication methods.
Cancellations made before the project or service
initiation will not incur any charges.
If a cancellation request is made after the project
or service has commenced, charges may apply
based on the work completed up to the date of
cancellation.
Service Cancellation by WebridgeTech Innovations:
We reserve the right to cancel services in the event
of non-payment, breach of terms, or uncooperative
behavior from the client. In such cases, no refund
will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to
the terms outlined below:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered for services
explicitly agreed upon in the contract or invoice.
Refunds are not applicable for services that have
already been delivered or milestones that have
been completed.
Non-Refundable Services:
Custom IT solutions, digital marketing strategies, and
website development services are non-refundable
once initiated.
Payments made for consulting, analysis, or
subscription-based services are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds:
For ongoing projects, if a refund request is made, the
refund amount will be calculated based on the
proportion of work completed. Any upfront costs for
tools, licenses, or third-party services will be
deducted.
3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our
official email address, detailing the reason for the
request.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business
days and review the claim.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15
business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
The client has delayed providing required materials,
approvals, or feedback, resulting in project delays.
Dissatisfaction arises from creative differences after
multiple revisions have been provided.
The client changes project requirements or objectives
mid-project.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
If services are suspended or terminated due to non
payment or violation of terms, no refund will be provided.
